Comments:Hey I wish all the POW/MIA could come home.......its a real shame how this coiuntry as great as we are could stand by and let things like this happen.......I also saw a movie that PetSMart handed out at the cashier called "War Dogs" and how the govt. left all sorts of equipment and even the Dogs used in the various wars.....Its a real shame! All the POW/MIA s and the Dogs left behind should always be remembered........And should learn from our past mistakes and not repeat history as we know it today..........God Bless........

Comments:America waz cuel as to leave the wardogs behind as to me they should have being treated as soldiers not as a piece of equipment as they were like us living and breathing animals or another person, they would give us security and strength when needed,also being like a brother to the soldier or a family member and yes the government should put up a monument or something to remember those K-9's that died in the viet war cause to me they r the true heroes.

My husband served in Nam on 3 separate tours. I was blessed he came back.
The terrible tragedies he witnessed and the loss of some of his closest friends was heartbreaking.
My heart goes out to the families of those who never made it back home from this senseless conflict.
So many lives were ruined, and so many of the men that did come home are still feeling the effects of this.
Their lives will never be the same again.

Comments:I was in vietnam thru 67&68 Tet offensive Danang w/1st MAD, MAG14 AC/Maintenance ,Structural Mech.We drew fire from small arms, mortar,and 120 rockets almost every week.V.C. were everywhere, one gave me a hair cut once a month till he was killed one night wearing black pajamas.Some of the guys I knew were Terry Bowen, Buck Nutt, who liked to play poker, Gunny Sgt. Rohdes(Dusty) who ran day shift.He had me on night shift with a Lnc/cpl from NY ...forgot his name but he got high one nite spraying inside a C117D and I had to pull him out of the :-) pit...
